Maintenance and repair of residence
Estate Innovations arranges necessary maintenance or repairs to preserve the value of your loved ones’ personal property and to prepare it for sale. Working with qualified professionals, we provide house cleaning and lawn service, landscaping and snow removal, minor repairs, painting, and any other service requested by the personal representative.Services ordered by the executor or trustee are charged directly to the estate. 

Managing and disposing of personal property
